Whenever I have an URL, I have to click on it so that it takes me to the browser, then I have to copy the name of the thread and remember what page it was to search it here. It would be much faster if either :
- the app was recognized by the phone as a possible way to open anime-sharing URLs so that when I click on them they are directly opened here
- there was a way to search posts by URL (or maybe there is but I didn't find it?)

Idk if it's feasible, but if it is then thanks in advance

I'm confused, what are you trying to achieve by doing all of the step above?

Yes, it the app will open anime-sharing.com link. This behaviour should be correct in both Desktop App and Mobile App.

Accessing an exact post on the app? Or are you asking me what's the purpose of an URL link? Well, accessing exact posts without having to search through possibly dozens of them with a similar title

On the app, URL are basically irrelevant since we can't access a post through them, I have to go through my browser each time I have a link I want to be redirected to

Let me clarify: When you intentionally visit anime-sharing.com on your mobile browser, it does not automatically open the Anime-Sharing App because the browser recognizes that you wish to access the site through it.

However, if you decide to switch to the app while browsing, simply tap the menu icon (the three dots) in your browser and select "Open Anime-Sharing." This will allow you to transition to the app effortlessly.

Alternatively, if you don't see that option, look for an "Add to Homescreen" button. From there, you should be able to select, and switch to the app.

Keep in mind that this behavior may vary depending on the browser you use, but this is the default functionality for Chrome.

Is this what you want to do?

Oh yeah I didn't have the add on button, thanks! That'll make things easier that way indeed!
