Anime/manga/etc Stereotypes :3

Since there was a thread for countries i thought why not anime (and whatever else there is) considering what type of forum this is. So here goes- The main character will always get beaten, come back stronger, get hailed for being the best, and get his ass handed to him again by a new enemy that was nonexistent until that moment.

Hm, here's a classic: Spiky-haired guy, arrives at a new school(or new semester) , finds two to three 'uninteresting classmate #2 & #3'-type friends, proceeds immediately to an accident with a girl, who is new and who has different hair color than normal students, who will become the love target of the guy.

And one more: The underestimating villain/the defeat-powered hero - Villain will for the first 15 minutes beat the crap out of the hero/heroes, and will proceed to gloat/preach. The hero will be vastly overpowered, then just as they are about to end it, the hero contemplates about "protecting". Next he will gain 999XP (via screaming or thinking really hard) and level-up and suddenly the villain will lose.

Notable in many many shounen style battle
Imagine poking a normal Poring and suddenly it insta-kills your level 99 Lord Knight

No matter how epic the hero's death, as long as there are still a decent numbers of episodes left, expect him to magically pop up later.

the "ecchi scene=noose blood" stereotype of the comic-relief or the protagonist
hatsukoi love/childhood promise
the blond girl/classmate is the tsundere?
the protagonist is never obvious to flags :D

Expect there to be a hidden power or super weapon waiting for them before the finale

Kid attends school, ends up with personal harem yet is too wimpish to confess to the one girl he loves.

Alternatively kid attends school, is so wishy-washy everyone and their dog takes advantage. Kid discovers/develops/is given amazing power...... and continues to be so wishy-washy he still gets taken advantage of.

C'mon anime males, grab life by the balls - nice guys can win, you don't have to rurn into a berserking mysogynist, but please learn to stand up for yourself and stop taking so much shit !

It is rare that an anime character takes full advantage of his powers and if they do they do then they probably going to be of the strongest in the anime

When hero(es) make a finishing move, the enemy just stand where they were, doing nothing, and waiting for the inevitable.

Not all important characters die permanently.
They'll eventually alive again, in the next episode, season or movie.
Example - Captain Okita from Space Battleship Yamato, died in the 1st movie but revived again in the 3rd movie.

There will probably be some character that you completely forgot about popping up later on
