Well this sucks. The pre-patched game download link has been killed even though it hasn't been a day since it was put up, and the patch files that I dropped into my existing version of the game don't seem to have any effect. There shouldn't be anything else I have to do other than drop them right into the game folder, right?
Or is it because it's a different version? Do you know what version of the game the translator made the patch for? I've got the latest version 1.14.

No, you need to extract all data from Game.rgss3a file using attached "all decryptor" program :)
Here is a copy pasta of the procedure I grabbed somewhere:

1. Grab this program (ALL Decrypter),
2. Run All Decrypter and open up the game.rgssad (or rgss2a/rgss3a) file.
3. Extract all files and move all extracted folders into the game folder.
4. Delete or move the game.rgssad so the game doesn't get conflicted not knowing what to open.
5. Copy the data folder of the translation over the data folder that got extracted to the game folder.
6. Double click the executable to play the game as you did before.

Its about the 3rd game i install from Lune Team Bitters, this time it was Ore wa Kanojo wo Shinjiteru.
I install the game everything ok, i start the game still ok, so when it comes to the actual Play it asks me something that i cant under stand, it asks in every single game from them.

So what do i do ?

And it was really simple but good, and we play the MC´s POV first

MC and heroine are living together because her parents died, the MC´s mom suddenly fall really sick and has to be hospitalized, MC´s father start to screw the girl. What it really was a surprise for me is the ending, because when he caught them both the heroine and the MC´s father blackmailed him with the mother´s health and that if he talks his mom wouldn´t support the shock and maybe that will kill her.

I remember that. Had the same problem way back when I played it after it first came out and couldn't remember how to get past it. I had to go an reinstall one of their games and mess about for a bit before I figured it out again for you.
All you have to do it get to the naming window and then press Alt+F4 and it'll get rid of the window and the game will start up. It so easy once you know that you'll kick yourself.

That takes me back. First Venus NTR game I ever played a few years back, and the one that made me a fan of their stuff. I put off by the amateurish art at first and hadn't played any doujin games back then, so I carelessly assumed that unprofessional looks equalled poor plot and thought it would just be a cheap throwaway game. So I skimmed through it the first time, thought that it was a lot more in depth than I had been expecting and then got my socks knocked off when it came to the reveal, that scene where he finds out when he hadn't been suspecting a thing hit me hard and made me stop and play again properly from the beginning. I really regretted not reading it properly from the start too, or it would have been even better. It made me realise that good writing could make up for art that was a little amateurish and once I got used to it the pictures didn't look so bad any more, and quality just got better with each game and even the writing got even better than it was. I was completely converted.
My only regret is the fact that since then he hasn't done any games where the protag, heroine and NTR guy are living under one roof and the NTR is happening right under the protag's nose without him realising. Even if he and the heroine are living together, the NTR guy usually comes from somewhere else, the heroine either going to him to have sex or him coming round when the protag isn't around.
I'd like to see more like Triangle Blue and that pin-point game where the protag and heroine are living together and forced to either let another guy move on or with a male there from the start (family member) and the protag has no choice other than to let him and the heroine be alone whenever he's not around and convince himself the heroine would never let anything happen. We don't see enough of those, and those that we do are usually netori with the NEET brother staying with his successful older brother and banging the brothers wife whenever the brother is out, or something similar. Netorare, not as much.

I played the demo and the sex scenes were good even if I skip most of the text because I wanna play it when the full version is available
