Edit: I found out how to get all of the replay scenes, but still need a walkthrough since you're still missing the storyline.

To get all scenes, go into the savedata folder and open the config file with notepad. Afterwards, at the bottom, you'll see something like "sp01010, sp01020, etc." If you change the last number to 1, it unlocks that scene.
So "sp01010, sp01020, etc." -> "sp01011, sp01021, etc."

Anyway, for the text messages, it should get translated when you use the h-code. If not, you can actually extract the data_etc.dpm file with this guy's program http://asmodean.reverse.net/.
