You'd be surprised on how many women find it super arousing to play these little fantasies. Even "rape" fantasies plays, are just an extreme case of sub/dom play, a play on the "strong alpha male that makes any female wet" trope.
It's true though that usually men are more outwardly sexual in average, but it doesn't mean that women don't have their fantasies too ;)
We are all humans after all.
That's truly something that pisses me off : I understand that NTR in a vanilla non 18+ story can be frustrating or can ruin the story, but in hentai that's so ridiculous a thing to whine to.
I hate furry, but I won't go spamming furry threads or stories on how bad it is to like that, or try to effectively ban these stories like I've seen some people ask for. Asking for censorship in hentai is really one of the stupidest ideas I can think of: it's the exact behavior of the sjw trying to censor anything they don't like.
That's also true in other societies, as in Japan too for example. Actually the whole idea of ntr won't make any sense in a culture where polygamy or polyandry is the norm.
Oh, I'm well aware that women can be just as kinky as men, don't get me wrong. For that matter I also know that a lot of popular artists of eromanga and doujins are female or suspected to be, and I'm not even mentioning the rotton world of yaoi there. And a lot of adult non-porn manga are drawn by female artists too, since they like to write about relationships and sex plays a big part there. In otaku land, girls can compete with the guys for perviness. Though that may apply to otaku type, even with 'normal' women, I know they aren't any purer than men are. If you've ever heard a group of women talking about sex when they don't think any men are around, even experienced pervs like us would raise an eyebrow. Men would probably be quite disturbed to know just how much their girlfriend/wife's friends know about their sex life and what he does in bed. For a private person like me, it's quite unsettling.
I just meant that there is always a line between a fun and interesting (and rather kinky) sex life and deviant/abnormal for most women and you have to be careful when approaching it, especially when you don't know exactly where she draws it. And even if a woman isn't that horrified by the idea of swinging for fun, she might be more unhappy with the idea that her partner specifically wants her to have sex with another man without himself being involved. For the reasons I mentioned in the post you quoted.
You could say it's a accepted accross the world no matter the culture, that a man should want to keep a woman for himself and be angry and jealous if she has sexual contact with another man, and if he isn't bothered or contrarily gets excited, then he doesn't really care about her, or there is something wrong with him. To the point that being cheated on by a woman is a humiliation that implies his inferiority as a man (since she has to look for sexual satisfaction elsewhere) and even if he gets sympathy from friends and family, will likely get him as much disdain and ridicule from the public if it becomes well known. The term cuckold was originally a derogatory term, with it being whispered about a man who couldn't be certain if his wife's children were actually his or not. Having it whispered about you behind your back was something a man would be ashamed and humilated about. Even in the far east, there's the chinese story about a man and a Green Hat, which generally is about mocking a husband who doesn't know what his wife is doing behind his back and everyone but him knows and are laughing behind his back, while he doesn't know why. Rather than sympathising with the guy, the story seems to be more about seeing what a fool the man was and making sure you don't end up the same way.
With all this, it's hard to avoid being treated as a deviant if you admit you get turned on by the idea of your wife/girlfriend being with another man. That just seems to be the way it is.
