Yeah i figure this was the case, that scene was awesome. it's amazing you still remember it, haha..
What i find weird is they don't elaborate it after that. It's only insinuated that the child is Aida's but there is no like paternity test or conclusion in the ending that it's really Aida's. The only thing come close to that is in one of the endings, Aida often takes care of the child and they often play together.

I am not sure You tried [Miel] お別れ愛妻温泉旅行～ and the sequel [Miel] 新婚寝取られ生活～ or not. In this game, MC is cuckolded by his uncle. MC's dad pass away when he is children, and now his married is not approved by his family because his lover's family is not adequate. His uncle who have the most important position in his family made a secret negotiation with his lover to receiving acceptation her have to make love with him until their married day.

Because this game I tried many different games of Miel to find other games with the same qualities however after many times I go to conclusion this one is one of the best of Miel. It's typical of NTR type B with POV of MC at both the prequel and sequel. The voice of heroine is so awesome, and the story gradually escalate to the extreme tragedy for MC. Only point which someone do not like it is the story is linear, you do not have multiple endings.

For me it depends on whether I perceive the character as male or not. For me futa is just a dick attached to a girl, so I'm okay with it. Transgender is also fine so long as the guy has been literally transformed into a girl on a biological and genetic level, so they are now actually have the body of a girl even if the mind is a guy. Like with the character in your picture.
On the other hand traps or shemale don't do anything for me at all. The moment I perceive the character as male my interest vanishes. And I first came across futa years ago so it's not going to change with exposure.

Well the posts don't mention NTR directly, but the first post about the game does say it'll use the same prisoner system as Shadowcore, which means yes. It even says that the difference here was that the girl in Shadowcore starts out with high affection, which usually has to lower over time when captured for her to be NTRed. But the new heroine starts with low affection as she only just meets the MC after the game starts and you have to raise it in game. So presumably if she was captured before you raised her affection, she'd fall pretty quickly.

BTW guys, can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to read this game? VNR didn't pick up the text and when I finally realised I needed a fix for windows 10 in order for ITH to work, even that failed to pick up the text. I'm a little irritated at spending an hour on this and getting nowhere.

Actually with current version of RPGMakerMVGame Hook patcher it's not that bad. Usually (if you have www subcatalog) you just run it in a game directory with default options (only choosing external plugins is important - at least get message skip) to patch a game. After completing this you won't need another hooker, because game texts will be automatically copied to the clipboard.

edit. Ok, I can see that using it with VNR is indeed more awkward.

I think futanari NTR mystery game would be awesome, I don't know for the life of me why they don't make it. since developers experiment with the weirdest and stupidest ideas in order to find something new that fans would like (with variable results). They could pretty well do a futanari NTR mystery, instead of the bullshit they come up with. Imagine you as the MC trying to figure out who is banging your girlfriend, and when the MC discards all the posibles suspects, he finds out that the NTRer is actually her best girl friend, that can actually fuck her like the MC could never even dream of. SOOO HOOOOT.
