Hmm, I am intrigued because it is Netorase but pretty amused as well since Artilier Sakura set the bar way high for themselves by making it blatantly similar to the Marina series. Heck they even ripped off the eye color and the pose. Minus points there for skimping out on the little details.

This feels Orcsoft trying to go back to their popular routes once again. Not that I am complaining. Good luck to them as more NTRS for me. The question is how quality oriented will it be. Time to see if AS succeeds where Orcsoft failed.

The update was applied on 2017/03/18 so if you downloaded the game after that day, chances are you already have the latest updated digital version. In that case you don't have to download the box edition unless you want that instead of the digital one.

Not sure but the title is pretty similar and the word "Kashidashi" means lending so I am 99.99% sure that it is Netorase or at least a variant of some kind.

Rumor is that nyaa admins are scared after the Kodi ruling. Nyaa operates out of Sweden and they might resurface after shifting to another country that doesn't come under the European laws. No official word from the admins themselves though so the fate of nyaa seems to remain a mystery.

I hope they come back soon. Other torrent sites are not nearly as good for hentai and downloading from file hosters is a pain. I usually try games before buying them.

PirateBay is in a worse situation than nyaa. Nyaa voluntarily shut itself down while Piratebay is hunted by various anti-piracy agencies around the world. It has become especially bad ever since they divided themselves into various proxy sites that trigger ads when you click "downloads". A better alternative would be something that is already operating in the anime/hentai field. https://www.anirena.com/ is an ideal example and was pretty famous before nyaa. Now they are almost unknown because they are constantly under some kind of DDOS attacks.
