also this is exactly the type of NTR i like. the first volume or so is pure vanilla and NTR doesn't come in until later. giving you the idea that it's pure love story. makes the NTR feel much better when you don't think there will be any at all.

It could be called "forced netorase" where MC and his girls get a curse which makes guy enjoy being ntred and make girls enjoy immoral acts, also curse limiting them to having sex with each other only once per week (only people who truly love each other would be affected). Game with same title was released recently, I expected it would be based on the novel, but too sad it was just generic porn with a lot of heroines and CGs but without decent plot.

Do you guys know anything with similar idea of forced netorase?

I bought the game, but all of the company's titles have the same debt premise, which makes me wonder how I'll actually receive... Still, I haven't played the Kanade one yet - still waiting on the TL effort to pay off one day - so I'll find out how it compares to Misaki.

Edit: For those concerned with bandwidth, the patch (645 MB) is bigger than the game from Steam (388 MB) itself, presuming the non-pirated route.

Digression: Likes NTR wasn't that compelling to me initially, but it has been dropping mad foreshadowing in recent months and the latest chapters have been torrid. Harem angle still is kind of meh but I'm hoping the author returns from his pause for an eventual conclusion, whatever the plot is.

On-topic: There are few to none active translations focused entirely on netorare or netorase, especially if excluding Seikishin -Saint Doll-.

If you search syosetu, there are definitely other untranslated ones with that type of premise, but I haven't read any due to the poor MTL experience. Example: Cursed when defeating demon king - https://novel18.syosetu.com/n5814dy/

However, it's with the world premise of transported heroes getting to have their way with a selected family in return for battle prowess, and 1 such hero visiting the main character's house.

Netorase is present but it's not forced. It's a heavy combination of femdom with NTR/netorase intertwined with a deeply cucked MC, meaning people who are averse to those themes should definitely not bother. The MTL wasn't too bad, I think.

I'm sure I probably have something other than the provided example in my list somewhere, but just getting a somewhat very, very loosely readable story alone never mind the plot premise is hard.

So before i use my precious megas (cellphone) downloading the patch, does it work with a jap version of the game i have?

It should only work with the jap version of the game, but if you want to be sure I'm downloading it now and will test it soon.
Edit: I can confirm the patch works with the normal japanese version of class rep Yukino.

Does using the patch with the japanese version remove scenes like the english version does?

The patch does not remove images as far as I know unless there are bugs, but your old saves won't work, it seems.

They removed the scenes with the shota and changed the prostituting with shotas cg. Although they say there maybe a unofficial patch to restore the content.

Am I misunderstanding something? That's not an english patch as far as I can see. Even if the title above the links is "English Patch". It's the uncensor patch for the censored version on steam. It just restores the H scenes and has nothing to do with translating the game. In fact I don't see any reason they'd provide a patch to translate copies you bought(?) from someone other than them.
I just got it on steam and used the patch and it gave me every indication it was exactly what I just said.
Sorry, but it'll be hard to get hold of without buying it.

Err i think it does carry the eng translation or something, otherwise why would they update it with different versions? last i checked they were on the fourth version of it.

The patch is 660mbs big, it's adding in quite a few parts that were removed and changing things so that th H-scenes occur as they originally did instead of going to whatever it does in the censored version. There are bound to be bugs that crop up in the process, along with mistakes discovered in the translation of the H-scenes. Updates are usually needed for any kind of software. It's nothing strange.

Mmm that makes sense, still hoping eventually a shota patch restores the content, i mean i don't have it but i saw on the ULMF thread that the shotas were changed for teenagers and that is stupid on so many levels that somehow i feel worse than if it was omitted.......
