I highly recommend you play the previous games before this one because if not, you'll be lacking context.
As with all the other Suzuya NTR games, I'll be making a summary for this one as well:

The game starts off with the main character, Kosuke on his way to confess his love to the heroine, Ai. He's always liked her but she previously was in a relationship (I think). MC flashes back to earlier that day when he was taking out the trash at school. He ended up eavesdropping on Ai getting dumped by an unnamed guy because she's been with previous guys and I guess he wasn't fine with that. MC on the other hand loves her despite this and arranges a meeting with her in one of the classrooms at school. He confronts her and proclaims his love for her, even despite of her history with other men. They happily become a couple. The game cuts to a year later when they're pretty much a good couple with no problems whatsoever. One day they decide to have sex but then suddenly a bright light envelops the room and they find themselves (and the bed they were on) in a completely unknown room. Confused about what's going on and both of them half naked, they find that another couple right beside them are in the same exact situation and just as confused. They introduce themselves as Leon and his wife Luna, but before the conversation can get anywhere an old man bursts through the door exclaiming that his magic experiment has succeeded in transporting them both to his world. Both couples are pretty confused but are both embarrassed given their state of attire and demand to be sent back to their own worlds however the old wizard didn't think that far. He does come up with a solution pretty quick though. That is, send them back through the use of his magic. Problem is that the magic of his world is fueled by sexual energy and for this specific spell to work, the same conditions that brought them there must be met again, however much more sexual energy is required for a return trip. At first, both couples are pretty unbelieving of his words and so they examine the village that they're in to confirm the world that they are in. Furthermore, both couples confirm that they are from different worlds, Leon's and Luna's having magic whereas the MC and his gf come from modern day Japan. The MC goes outside and finds that sex is extremely common and pretty much a way of life. Anyone can use sexual magic and they can store it in crystals and even use sexual energy as currency.
MC returns to the house and everyone concludes that they must do as the old wizard says to go back to their own worlds. Since they need more sexual magic than the first time they were transported, they need to perform even kinkier acts. As a result, both couples decide to have sex with their significant other in front of each other. Furthermore the old wizard must climax at the exact moment that they are all in sync which each other. They carry out the act, however the first time fails due to the old man climaxing at the wrong time. As a result, they decide to try again tomorrow. Before the next day, Leon and Luna end up informing everyone of their swinging fetish. The MC and his gf are pretty surprised but they don't mind. The next day, the MC goes outside again and witnesses his gf and Luna talking to a villager and being informed of the workings of sex magic. Luna offers the MC a few gropes to generate sexual energy and get a hands-on display of how the magic works. The MC is initially shocked, even though he knows of their fetishes, but Luna reassures him that its alright and his gf doesn't really have a problem with it either. Back in the house they try again to perform the ritual and this time its a success..... in the completely wrong way. Instead of sending the two couples back, they ended up summoning another couple from a completely different world, Lloyd and his wife Sasha.
The new couple gets the rundown of the new situation and agrees to partake in the ritual to go back. They try out the ritual again the next day however it is once again a failure because the old wizard ended up falling asleep for some reason. The next day, Leon and Luna reveal their fetish to Lloyd and Sasha who are pretty accepting. Lloyd and Sasha reveals that they had their own situation involving NTR from their own game, though not as happy as Leon and Luna's experiences. MC decides to take another stroll in the village but before he leaves the house, he finds Leon talking to Lloyd's wife Sasha. Outside the village he finds Lloyd talking to Leon's wife Luna. In both cases the MC doesn't really eavesdrop and decides to mind his own business. Later that night when its time for another attempt at the ritual, MC is in bed with his gf, yet Leon and Lloyd seems to have switched their wives, partially to increase the sexual energy but mostly because their fetishes somewhat overlapped. MC and his gf engage in some foreplay while watching the two couples saw. During this, the MC starts to realize that he may be interested in swapping as well, yet he doesn't vocalize it. The ritual once again backfires and this time, summons three people, Johnny and his wife Marie along with Chloe. Apparently the reason why Chloe's husband wasn't there was because she simply decided to have a threesome with Johnny and Marie on that day. Once again, the new couple gets the breakdown on the situation and at the start, its very apparent that the new 3 are pretty promiscuous and open about their love for swapping. Funnily enough, Luna and Leon recognize Chloe since they're from the same world and met in Chloe's game where she has swapping sex with them.
The next day, the MC decides to go out of the village to the city with some of the others to shop. Before they leave out the MC catches the old man running away with ladies underwear. He sees Luna and his gf chasing him so that they can have it back. The old man tries to rope the MC along with him but he turns him down. The girls are unable to catch him because he's surprisingly agile due to his magic. Chloe bumps into him and the girls tell Chloe to catch him. Normally at this point if you played Chloe's game you'd expect her to outmaneuver his magic with her skill and strength. Instead she simply removes her top and the old man runs directly to her, allowing her to take back the underwear. Pretty funny stuff that I just wanted to mention.
After all that the MC sets out what he planned to do at the start and goes shopping with the rest. MC spots Chloe blowing one of the shopkeepers since she didn't have much money to pay them. MC peeks on them while Chloe bangs the shopkeeper while her husband is back in his world. Later that night, they attempt the ritual again but before they start, Leon and some other recognize that the MC has slowly been getting more interested in swapping so they encourage him to take the leap including his gf who is really chill about the whole thing and actually wants to give it a shot since she feels left out. The MC agrees with it and swapping ensues. However, instead of letting one of the guys bang his gf, she proposes that she does it with one of the other girls since the stimulus of her banging another dude in front of him may be a bit too much to start with. As a result Johnny has sex with Sasha. Lloyd and Leon have sex with Chloe. The MC has sex with Luna and his gf has sex with Marie. It all goes pretty good but something to note is that Chloe, who is known for her superhuman endurance drains Lloyd and Leon dry. The ritual is once again activated and of course, a new couple is introduced: Claude and Ruby. The new couple once again gets the breakdown and in return, explains their own circumstances from the ending of their game where Claude had just recently been able to cure his erectile dysfunction with the power of NTR. His wife Ruby believes this to be fate bringing NTR lovers across different worlds together. The old wizard just reveals that the ritual is attuned to Leon's NTR fetish so that in the case it fails again, the new couples will always like NTR.
Problem now is that there's too many people in one small house so they move to the old wizard's mansion that he received from his king due to his work on sex magic. While there, the MC makes a few advances on some of the wives and has a been of fun times. That night, they attempt the ritual yet again. Problem is that Claude is still getting used to the fetish and has a hard time getting erect. As a result they make an arrangement for the night. All the guys get to bang his wife Ruby whereas all the other girls take care of Claude. Nothing happens in the ritual again but at this point everyone is happy to have met each other and partake in the same fetish. One day, the old man summons them all to the main room for something important. He wants to bang all of their wives. He's previously mentioned it before but now he's really getting jealous since everyone is having sex but him. He gets refused and they all go about their business. The next day, the MC and Lloyd realize that even though they are from different worlds, they both have their own versions of phones. In conjunction with the old wizards magic, they manage to somehow use the phones in that world and allow for more avenues for swap play.
A couple more swapping sessions later and they end up summoning the last couple, Ex and Sera. The same routine happens and everyone is up to speed. Old wizard decides that the current situation is getting out of hand so he leaves the mansion for a few days to come up with a better plan. The next day, Chloe decides to challenge Sera to a duel since both are extremely strong swordswomen and Chloe noticed Sera's strength immediately. Sera wins the duel convincingly and establishes herself as the stronger one. This is even more evident in her scenes where she's got the same superhuman endurance like Chloe, if not even more. The next day, the girls decide to try something new. They're all taking a bath in the large bathroom. Thing is, they'll only allow one guy to come in with them to experience the harem life. All the other guys have to wait outside the bathroom and hear what's going on. The MC really wants to go in there. So does Johnny and Lloyd. Claude is less enthused since his condition won't really allow him to get the best experience and Ex loves NTR way more than having sex with other people's wives so they both sit this one out. The rest of the guys decide through rock paper scissors. Johnny ends up winning and he gets the harem treatment while all the other men look on in envy. A couple more swapping sessions later and the old man is back with a magical device that's practically guaranteed to return them. Problem is they need a lot of magical energy to pay off the people he got the device from. This part of the game now has you selecting different scenarios where one of the wives will do a job around the city for magical energy. Most of the jobs are not sexual but given the nature of the world, everyone is expecting something to happen. There's a different scenario for each heroine except the MC's gf. I can't bother list them all so I'll just say my favorite one.
This scenario has Chloe and Ex's wife Sera prostitute themselves to a millionaire. The MC and Ex accompany them to accepting the job but after the girl accept said job, they leave with the millionaire to his house. The MC decides to drag Ex along to follow the two wives and peek on what happens. The both expect the millionaire to be drained entirely since a single one of these women can take on several guys easily without trying. Chloe is the first to have sex with him and a couple hours later, she's been utterly defeated. Ex now watches as its his wife's turn to bang the millionaire. The millionaire doesn't even need to take a break after dealing with Chloe. He goes on to fuck the brains out of Sera as well with her proclaiming her defeat to his dick. He doesn't stop there and the go at it all night straight into the morning meanwhile the MC and Ex just stand by the window peeping and unable to look away. By this point they realize they'be been utterly defeated as a male and he even gets the two wives to admit to being his sex friends and continue to meet him after this session until they leave and go back to their own world. Ex for a moment truly believes that he's been NTR'd but before he leaves, Sera calls his name before she sleeps from exhaustion. Chloe also calls her own husband's name before she sleeps. By this point the MC truly awakens his third eye to NTR and also understands that there's mutual trust from him and hi gf.
Besides the scenarios the MC and his gf can also do one on one swapping with each couple for magical energy. After they finally procure enough energy the old man announces its time to perform the final ritual. For this specific ritual, the old man says that its going to be him with all the girls while the dudes stay outside of his room and watch. At first the guys disagree again however the girls agree and don't mind that much so they carry out the plan. The old man takes all the girls inside his room for his own harem treatment meanwhile he sends a video crystal outside to the men to relay what's going on inside the room. The old man bangs them all hard and the MC's gf especially. He takes her anal virginity and has her admit that the sex with him is better than with the MC. The scene carries on for quite long and the ritual ultimately succeeds. Each of the couples bid each other farewell and thank each other for the experiences they had together. The MC and his gf find themselves back to their exact location and time prior to the transportation but now they are changed people. The game ends with the couple deciding to find someone else to either swap with or simply bang the gf.
There's also an extra scene in the recollection room that shows the MC (we'll just call him Will) from Chloe's, Johnny's and Marie's game and what his perspective of the entire situation was like. To him, barely any time passed and he didn't even notice they left but they explain the situation to him. When Johnny and Marie leave the room, Chloe tells Will that she's brought back a souvenir from her trip. She whips out a phone, something that doesn't exist in their world, and tells him that she managed to record all kinds of sex with a guy from the world she went to, this guy being the Kosuke, the current MC. Will get's a handjob from his wife meanwhile she shows all kinds of stuff she did with Kosuke. Kosuke even brings up the millionaire that she had sex with and she mentions that nothing comes even remotely close to his sex. She even mentions that she did continue to see him multiple times like she promised and that she'll miss him because she doubts Will can satisfy her that much. The scene ends with Will climaxing to the video and loving his wife even more.
That's all folks. Though this game has less focus and less going on than most of the previous NTR games, I think its really good. Getting to see the couples from the other game was a very good treat and they're all used pretty well. The sheer volume of CG per scene is also something I've never once witnessed and really sets it apart from other NTR games. The game took roughly 2 and a half to 3 hours for me to complete. I definitely recommend it.
