It's a little hard to say. If you were fluent in the language you could probably play through any of them within 5-10 hours, but machine translating takes considerably longer. So it depends on how carefully you try to translate or if you just skim over the non-essential stuff.
Also most of those games come with a choice at the beginning for mystery or not. IE, you pick whether the game will focus purely on the protag's PoV or if it will switch to the heroine's PoV to show what's going on behind your back. If you want the best NTR experience you should obviously choose just the protag's PoV so you only know what he knows and can enjoy the mystery, and after completing the game once go back and play again with the heroine's PoV included so you can get all the sex scenes and find out everything that happened.
Obviously, playing without the heroine's PoV is quicker so you'll finish the game faster, but having to play through again will add to the time, even if you skip through everything you've already seen.
Well, they're not long games, but I'll admit they are a little longer than the shortest you can get. I'd say they're the ideal length to get a good development on the NTR without dragging things out. You don't want to go too short as those are always quick nukige (sex with the bare minimum of plot as background) and for good NTR you need a reasonably good development of the circumstances and characters to make you actually care about them, and to to make the situation believable. Try one and see what you think. You don't have to play them all if it feels like too much of a hassle.
