Hello. I signed up for Japanese classes and I'm doing a word ordering exercise, but I'm not sure if I've done it well. If someone could tell me if it is right or wrong and, if applicable, correct it, I would appreciate it.

- sore wa watashi no kagi desu
- kono wa Mira-san no jisho desu
- sono wa dare no kasa desu ka
- are wa sensei no tsukue desu

the word after kono/sono/ano is noun (unless retracted which you'll learn later), so your 2nd and 3rd sentence are incorrect.

then it would be...

- kono jisho wa Mira-san no desu
- sono kasa wa dare no desu ka

Is correct now??
I think that it is correct, I know basic Japanese, I thought that the second sentence could also be said like
- sono kasa wa dare no kasa desu ka
but I don't know which is correct.... after checking with chatgpt and some other tool it seems both are correct, but yours (sono kasa wa daero no desu ka) sounds more natural.

btw, a good tool for checking grammar is: https://sapling.ai/lang/japanese
but it requires you to write with hiragana/katakana/kanji.
In Linux you can use Fcitx5 + Mozc to write in japanese while on Windows you can to add the japanese language to the keyboard settings.
