In Japanese internet slang, there is a phrase "明日から本気出す" (I'll be serious from tomorrow) which means he/she is most unlikely to become serious since "tomorrow" never be "now" by definition.
If you want to procrastinate even more, there are;
"来月から本気出す" (I'll be serious from the next month)
"来年から本気出す" (I'll be serious from the next year)
And the final form of procrastination is;
"来世から本気出す" (I'll be serious from the next life)
