i already told you, that AS has a bigger avatar than most of forum out there.... please try to confirm it yourself before you're asking such question?

i mean... what're you really trying to prove, with a big avatar? avatar just a merely medium of a picture to identified you. not to prove who or what you are!

I agree, you get a lot of room for your avatar which is nice considering most websites shrink them down and pixellate them into some ugly mess unless you do some serious cropping or resizing yourself.

I love AS Avatar size myself!

The current maximum avatar size permitted is good enough. As others have pointed out, it's generous compared to quite a number of other sites. A greater limit doesn't do anything useful.

If theres an avatar u like that doesnt fit forum standards, just edit it with cropping and resizing in PS, or if you dont have it (and dont wanna pirate it) use GIMP. Avatar sizes here are pretty generous

avatar size here is great IMO, if I had to complain about something, I would complain about the width of the forum. I'm assuming that the forum is setup for a 1024x768 display however, It would be nice if it expanded to fit my monitor. that way I don't have 900 unused pixels :P
