Problem with Kanji input

Because of the technical problem for text in this game, some of the Kanji's are used for dual-tile font. So not all the Kanji's are available to use. (Those Aa, Ba, Ca, etc. replaced the original Kanji's.)

OMG Yojinbo!! How could I forget about that Game! That was so long ago it's because of that game that I started to like the Otome Game World. Then I stumbled on Manga, Anime etc....
It's Yojinbos influence that I like Historical Otoge. I too reccomend the English Yojinbo and Hakuoki. The others I still have to play!

For me i like playing Dandelion than Nameless, i wont spoiled anything beside that

Dandelion's story brought tears to my eye..especially [inline-spoiler]the real ending[/inline-spoiler]

I wanted to throw out a few more suggestions, because they don't get talked about often in Otome forums. :)

These aren't VN style, but there are romance options so they might be interesting:

Fire Emblem
Rune Factory series
Persona 3
Persona 4
Dragon Age (usually has a woven in romance, but very sweet, adds to the story)

I recommend some of these so if you're looking for a bit more game play but still want a romance, there's some out there. :) The SkyRim ones are really nice, because you can romance one, and the dialogue will be SUPER sweet and changes as you progress through your game. And then you can play again with one or two other guys. Rumarin is one of my favorites. There's girlxgirl and boyxboy elements as well.

And for 18+ folks, Skyrim in particular has mods to add extra ... adult romance elements to it. :)

I might be missing a few that fall into this category, but it is a start. :) I love the recommendations given already!

Just to throw something a little different out there. :) I look forward to games that do add that romance option to it. Even if it isn't VN-like as much, I think a story develops so much more when a romance is thrown in and it interweaves into the entire series.

Oh god, beware the Scheherazade game, it's very addictive. Has great writing, classy jazzy music. Characters are all interesting with sassy and strong heroine. It has it all except voice acting that is. But worth the shot.

Voltage and Winter Wolves are great mobile games. (Gree ones are decent if you're a cheapo)

Agreed. Though I think I mentioned earlier in the thread, the only ones worth playing (and are actually good) were In Your Arms Tonight and Kiss of Revenge tbh. The others.. not so much lol

Same thought here. Mobile games seem like they are only there for producers' advertising and the plot they throw in these games is kind of stupid.

I recommend Frozen Essence (caius's route was a killer!) for those who haven't played it and the Fantasia series by azurextwilight. both are free games~

but my fav is definitely hakuoki. I'm thinking of buying a 3DS just to play the new ones
