Best RPG game?

As the title says, im looking for good rpg games in english, or if japanese, rpg games that can be translated to english with a full guide on how to translate them. Thanks in advance!

Hmmm............ i never played a decent H-RPG game............ but, if you are looking for a great RPG game, i will recomend Mass Effect, from ME1 to ME3. It is a single good RPG game, packed on 3 chapters. XD
