The chop in its name suggests that it has the power to cut something.
The way a chopstick flows is like a cutting motion, usually vertically.
With just a swing it is able to leave an intense sting and leave a mark of the stick on your arm for a while.
Too dangerous for mankind, the knowledge of this power is kept to a bare minimum.
Lets just say, I was a survivor of a person who used that power on me.
