I picked based on the medium... I voted for Evac because I don't do stuff like that with the computer... and his scientific explanation plus humor made it appealing me. :x

I judge based on the amount of effort they put into it. Work and effort may seem like the same thing, but they are not. Work is doing things that they were tasked to do, regardless of effort or not. Effort is putting thought into it, such as Sam's chopstick drawing. He didn't put much work into it, but he had the effort for trying to win.

I knew the contest wasn't fair. People tend to go with what they are interested in, not what it is actually about (the chopsticks).
