Ah sorry, I did forgot to say still: that you've also to be a full member of ASF, means: you've at least 31 posts post somewhere here (though, you've pay attention that with the thread related topic post have, otherwise it's against the rules here...), and for a certain time active, where then you'll be by the system qualified as full member of ASF.
