Also how do I deal with the part ,7zip files? Do I need to download 7zip or does winrar works as well? If so what do I do?

While 7-Zip is recommended for being faster, you can use any recent version of WinRar as well. The context menu should have an extraction option, though you may have to associate the extension with WinRar first. To do that, use the "Open with..." menu entry and make sure "Always use this application" is checked in the opening dialog box.

Something's wrong with your attachment.
Anyway, "Open with" is a basic Windows option. If for some reason you can't see it, try following these steps (or right-click on the file and look again):

Well I normally have the open with option there for all other file types. Also the attachment was a screenshot of it missing. Well thanks for the link I will look into it more

Please note that inaccurate reports won't be handled due to time and bandwidth constraints - just verify with the link checkers in my signature which files are actually dead (note: "offline" in FileFactory terms means temporarily unavailable and is not going to be replaced) and come back to me with that.
