what's ITH+ChiiTrans? is it like second hand translation?

49854; ITH gets the text from VNs, and ChiiTrans works with translation dictionaries like ATLAS to give a machine translation. Most times you get barely understandable sentences, but after awhile you get used to them and can understand the gist of it. At least it lets you understand somewhat what's going on.
