actually, sigs aren't too hard to make, unless you make your own rendered images, than it's not hard, just a pain in the ass lol. you could probably do it if you wanted

what do you mean? all rendering a picture is really, is taking an image out from a whole picture. that's what i did with my avy and sig. i took 3 images of ririko from different pictures, and used them to make my sig and avy

depends on your preferences. i use Photoshop CS6, some use Gimp2, and some use older versions of Photoshop.
