19452 Well it is quite safe although there is one certain robber going around and pokes at every house on a yearly schedule =.= Otherwise there is basically no reason for the police to come except when some driver ran though the garage of the house in the corner due to fog and that odd once a year fire fighter thingy where some house smells funny but i never bothered to checked if it was actually burning (usually some early morning thing) xD Besides those three things its really quiet and cold so there not too much people on the streets but theres a small park nearby and a little mall :/ Also quite close to SF so its convenient enough~

So thats why you said the most likely place to meet would be the hospital... is there anything else that might allow for you to go outside more? You dont seem like you would want to ask your uncle for more...

19469 Hmm well the ramp shouldnt be steeper than your wheelchair can get up... otherwise it isnt all that great of a ramp xD Various ways to try and get the ramp less steep without taking too much space if thats the problem~
