[Delta] 麗佳牝犬調教 ～××に犯されて…～/Reika Mesuinu Choukyou ~xx ni Okasarete…~ messed up/no text

I'm trying to run Reika Mesuinu Choukyou ~xx ni Okasarete…~ but no text shows up or if it does its extremely garbled. I'm running Windows 8.1 with my computer set to Japanese. I even tried downloading and running it through applocale just to safe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just to be sure did you do these steps?

Windows 8

• 
  Go to the Control Panel
  Click on Clock, Language and Region, then Region
  Click the Administrative tab, go to "Change System Locale", and select "Japanese (Japan)" from the drop-down menu.
  Click OK
  Restart your computer

Yes. I always keep my computer system locale on Japanese. I even doubled checked before posting just to make sure it didn't get switched. The weird thing is that Aigan Reijou ~Doll~ (the prequel to this game), plays perfectly fine.

Hi, you use crack? And i dont have any problem with this game.W7x64J. And advise use second Jap OS because not really usefull use all time full Jap win, if you dont know Jap were well. And Japanese games left a lot of garbage behind, it is better to have two OS.

I tried the crack and nothing changed. Though it could also be that every time I ran crack builder it would freeze but the .bak filed appeared so I think it did complete the crack. Ialso don't know if this would make a difference in the first place since the copy I'm using right now is a version I bought myself. I used to be able to run this game just fine. I had a copy of it I downloaded from here but I lost it when the hd it was on crashed.

emm my mystake, i just read several post and little miss about your problem. You try compatibility WinXP? Right Mouse button > properties > compatibility > set WinXP. And what version you use old for WinXp or -://www.getchu.com/soft.phtml?id=760925 I use this update for Win7. If not help just install VirtualBox with Xp and you can game in old game without problem.

Problem solved thanks to 4yvak. I switched region, keyboard, language and format all to Japanese, not just system locale like usual and the text started working afterwards.
