It's a false alarm. The dll in the patch is the same one from here https://github.com/arcusmaximus/KirikiriTools/releases/tag/1.7
Because of the game's encryption, it's required for the patch to load properly. But the way it bypasses the game encryption might trigger anti-virus false positives.
