Alot of people hated VIII so its okay if you didn't like it, I'm a sucker for a good love story and the whole Squall x Rinoa thing gets me everytime. Disc 3 Ragnarok part forever. <3

Still no hot spring up Slayn. :/

Edit: I've got alot of FFVIII stuff in my house too, I also wear squalls necklace around me neck all the time. A pillow (never dare sleep on it) and bunch of other things.

I was mainly focused on the main story, the characters and their back stories.

Hmm, you didn't like VIII's story Reika? I thought it was pretty good but again everyone does have different tastes.

I did not like it. Because I was confused for most of it. The characters grew up in an orphanage and then they forgot about each other and the rest is a blur to me. I was also confused about Seifer and why he is a villain. Like in Final Fantasy VI, Kefka was just a crazy clown man thing. In Final Fantasy VII, Sephiroth is a villain because he wants to take over the world and become a god or something like that.

Seifer wasn't really a villain... He got his reason why he was like that....

Spoiler: FFVIII Storyline.

Seifer wasn't a villain but more a rival, honestly if I was in Seifer's shoes I probably would have ended up the same way. But the reason they all forgot one another besides Irvine (who remembered everyone) was because of the Guardian Forces, when you make a pact with them you give up something i.e. your memories that is part of the deal for great power though they didn't know this till much later. Irvine was assigned as a sniper from Galbadia Garden who never really used GFs so he retained most of his memories.

I still have to finish Final Fantasy XIII-2. I am only at the part where you fight Aloeidai, which is WAY in the beginning of the game.

Haven't start mines yet... Story was spoiled but I will still play it... Plus I was waiting to get a new system cuz I got the 1st generation 20gb japanese ps3.... Now I just use my brother-in-law ps3.... I hate games that got copyright prohibited....

I have a huge love/hate with X-2, battle system wise I adore the game - one of my favorite battle systems to date. The story is hmm okay, could have been better but yeah. Also the hidden ending to the game is 100% not worth it, its near impossible to get and was total trash.

Don't remind me bout that... I did everything and still get 99.8%.... But I love the game though... Love the active atb....

Was going to try it out and see how it goes maybe get lucky on the horns when he falls over lol, you want me to use bow? I can its no problem.

That game ugh.. it took me 3 files to get 100% because of that GOD AWFUL sphere break mini game, I sucked SO bad at it... another time I forgot to talk to Brother on the airship which is like 0.4% of completion lolol.

I have not played X-2 because I dislike Yuna and Paine. Rikku is the only thing I like from that timeline. I even put Rikku on my car in Forza 2, which I did not finish because the game broke.

Its wicked suicidal to go dual swords on him but it actually seemed more effect damage wise.

Slayn it took me YEARS to do it, like you have no idea how pissed I was to actually get the ending because it is totally worthless and almost NOTHING is new to the normal ending. I struggled in getting 100% in that game probably more than anything I've played... I can't return to that game anymore because how much it pissed me off even though it had one the best battle systems ever.

I only like playing a handful of RPG games. I absolutely LOVE turn-based RPGs, like Final Fantasy Tactics, while real-time battle RPGs, like Final Fantasy XIII is a turn-off.

Hmm, have you played the Disgaea series Reika? Those are amazingly fun, alot like tactics.
