There's a lot of anime I like, but when I think of favorite, Full Metal Panic! is the first thing that comes to mind. The characters in that anime are never forgettable for me. :)

#1 favorite of all time for me is the Mobile suit Gundam series ( Not counting SD)

As for why: Always been a fan of the military as well as sci-fi and Gundam brings both together spectacularly, of course it's not the only anime to do that, what makes it my fave among all other animes that do this is 3 things:

a) I love the anti-war stories which taught me to look at the world around us and at the same time create some emotional but epic battles.

b)Mobile suits and any other weapons have some of the best designs I've seen anywhere else. Realistic while at the same time badass.

c)Most importantly..............................SIEG ZEON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
