For 720p file 500 is passable (a little bit overkill in my opinion) I don't know how to do encoding and the use of filters codec the hole specification concept. But i have see 600 MB 720p H264 Codec and looked blurry compare to another file 450 MB size also H264 Codec but more cleaner picture. I don't know honestly witch one of them are the best! I take the one that looks better in my eye.

Depending on the anime, a 720p encode should be between 250MB. and 750MB.
For this particular source you'd probably need 400~450MB, though I haven't looked at it all that closely.

Yes you may be right in some cases it is overkills but some shows are just that good you want to watch it in best way available so it depends on the show maybe.Personally i prefer high size as possible unless there's no action or blood and gore:D:)Like you said which one looks better you gotta go with it but other than the size source file also decides how good and small the output is so i guess encoding and compression is a great factor effecting the video which means biggest file is NOT always the good one.

When it comes to "Episode 09", something is WRONG with the file and it only goes to the 11-12 minute mark before the file ends/stops :(. ALL of the other files are working *perfectly* but with that file in particular no matter *what* I do to it or how many times I re-download it, it cuts off HALF-way through, LOL!

P.S: Check your inbox whenever you can though ;).

I just downloaded it to test and the file got transferred uncorrupted - it might've been just a temporary glitch with FileFactory, I guess. Could you please try downloading again and if it still stops at the 11 minutes mark, use a program like AnimeChecker to verify the integrity of the file itself?

Hey CrCr, I just downloaded the file again (but on another computer) and even though the AnimeChecker says the file interity is "okay" (good), the file still only plays to 11:32 or so and then stops/does nothing :(.

Can you check the file for yourself so you can see what I am referring to? This is for "Episode 09 - Death Poker" by the way...
