My aunt called... she likes to call beforehand so we can prepare 'gifts' for her or any guests that might arrive...

I'm just hoping Mother's Day will loosen up everyone a bit.

We usually prepare homemade food, some nice trinkets, or ingredients to cook later for dinner when we wrap up our 'gifts'.

Hmm well :X Good thing my relatives dont really expect gifts... That would be quite troublesome cuz we meet too much.... though we do prepare some for the ones in HK... Hmm do they prepare anything for you too?

If we meet at someone else's place, we prepare gifts for them. If they meet at our house, they prepare gifts for us instead.

funny thing is...when i was still a small innocent kid and relatives wanted the to give me money, my parents always wanted to refuse xD
