[HELP] DohnaDohna VN keeps crashing

I keep trying to start DohnaDohna (JP) on new Win11 laptop, but it crashes after a few seconds, how do I fix? I have changed to Regional format Japanese, and Region to Japan and downloaded language pack for Japanese, what's going on?
