Simple,

1. Go to download section for anime
2. Pick a thread with the anime title you want to download
3. Copy the link listed on the thread and paste them on your address bar
4. Download

I suggest you start by reading stuff and trying to navigate your way around. From the homepage, you can scroll down and see various sections with self-explanatory names. There's also a short explanation accompanying each and every one of them, so help yourself to whatever you want.

Also, this is quite the unusual section to post this kind of thread (hint: it's not the right one).
