The BugBug special is an additional append episode, only for Suzuka, that got released with a special issue of the BugBug eroge magazine.

As far as I know, Suzuka's birthday isn't available for download anywhere yet, alas. Azusa's birthday append took about a month before it got uploaded so I wouldn't lose hope just yet.

April's append has just been released. Ecchi scenes for everyone for what should be the last append of the game, since Hibiki-Works will most likely shift to making appends for the upcoming Purely X Cation. Sadly, still no news of Suzuka's birthday special fandisk.

If you're looking for Pretty X Cation 2 appends, you can download them all from http://suezou.dyndns.org/hibiki-works.html, it might be more convenient that searching for each of them separately. For the Birthday Append you'll still need to download the torrents.

As far as buying Suzuka's birthday append, that's someone that *should* be doable. The appends from the other birthday cds didn't need any kind of region check or crack, it's just a couple files to copy in the game's directory, that's one less thing to worry about.

I looked into the matter when Azusa's append seemed like it wouldn't come out, and it turned out to be kinda complicated since it's not available for download directly, it's included as an extra in an audio CD. You could probably buy the disk from any Japanese shop like Getchu or Amazon.co.jp with an international credit card. However, since these products are reserved for Japanese sales only you'd need to make use of a mail transfer service like Tenso. As far as pricing goes it's not cheap, about $20 for the disk and the same for shipping from Japan to the US. In the end Azusa's append was uploaded so I ended up not doing it, but if you really want it that should work provided customs are not too annoying about the whole "Japan Sales only".

If the append is all that interests you and you don't really care about the CD itself, you can instead try to contact Checkmate or Girlcelly on this site, and give them money to buy the disk and upload its content. I imagine it's probably safer and cheaper since it appears some games are donated to them by users occasionally, but I've not done it either.

Hello I know it’s kinda late for posting this but I need help. I’ve recently found this game when I was cleaning out my room still in the shrink wrap so I decided to install it and play.

I kinda envy you guys that you are able to complete the game, I'm self-studying the language and still I can't get through a text field without flipping through five 'learning Japanese' books and a Jap to English dictionary.....

Anyway here’s the issue, during the character creation menu, I’ve chose a name from the ‘Lovely Call’ list and typed it in the field, however the heroines did not say the name I’ve input and they just gave a 'mute' sound. I’ve tried different names from the list but to no avail.

Does the thing only work if I have an actual Japanese keyboard since I’ve been using the Microsoft IME language bar thingy to type the words.

Ohh and what are these 'Append' things that you guys are discussing?

Try using a text hooker, it makes looking up Kanji and words much easier. No idea which one works best with Pretty x Cation 2 since I haven't used one in a long time. Given the game's relatively brief and to-the-point writing style, once you know the basic ideas it shouldn't be too hard to understand even without help. If your Japanese isn't too good playing on easy is probably best as it underlines in red the important locations and items to get to unlock special scenes.

In short, a text hooker catches the text from a program so that it can then be parsed separately. This allows neat things like mousing-over Kanji to automatically look up pronunciation, English translation and more... As for any recommendations, I'm going to quote myself from a different thread :

I used ITH combined with Translation Aggregator, following the guide you can find on this very forum right here. The main issue with this program is that you need a text hook, some sort of code for the program to catch the text properly from the VN and then send it to be automatically translated. With newer games finding this code can be problematic, but with something as "old" as Grisaia you shouldn't have any problem finding one. Once the thing is set up though it's really useful, you can have the Japanese text parsed and have furigana automatically added, mouse over Kanji to automatically look up translations or simply machine translate the whole sentence.

Other than that, I'm hearing good things about Visual Novel Reader, but I haven't tried it so I can't judge on how easy it is to set up and use. You can find a tutorial on this forum as well right here.

Is there anywhere that has the latest update for this available? I think ver.1.0.4? holyseal doesn't have anything. Had to reinstall this on my computer :)

Also, I just like Suzuka lol.
If I was around for when Lovely x Cation2 came out and Wakato? and Hime's appends were slow to come out, I would've been all over the thread to see when it'll be out

You can buy it from various website, I bought Suzuka Append from CDJapan
As long as you have CC, you can buy it.

As For Eroge, you can buy it from Amiami and choose age restricted product category
but remember, If your country law didn't allow adult stuff then don't buy it since it have risk to be confiscated at custom.
