All files on both hosts or just some specific links? Are you copying the complete link or missing a part?
And finally, are you opening them one by one or parsing into an external program or are you doing something else.
Please try to add as much information as possible so things can be figured out faster.
Since I'm on my phone connection, I can't do any extensive debugging. If your description of the problem and used methods is detailed enough there's a fair chance I'll figure it out from here. If not, you'll have to wait till I get home.

What's your playback setup?
Have you verified the CRC32?

This i what i get from filefactory when i wanna download the episode. "Unfortunately the file you have requested cannot be downloaded at this time. Please contact us and let us know about this issue."

Try contacting them - the download works fine for me, so it's just a local issue as opposed to them screwing up something with their servers again.

Sometimes, you just have to be patient with filefactory. I noticed some of the servers can be down for days and many files can be unavailable.
