I am new to otome cd's n stuff help.......!

I just stumbled upon r-18 stuff of otome cd's.... I just know english....... is there a way to understand the scripts, the context n stuff like how people understand the raws of asmr in japanese ....... sorry if this answer is considered cringe....! T_T

There are some drama cds with english translation included. You can also google for a fan translation. If you're a weeb then most drama cds are pretty easy to understand since the content all involving *cough*passionatehugging*cough* tho...

As for otome games, there are some caption translate programs you can use to roughly understand the plot.
