lintox, always remember to look them in the eye so that they can get a clear image you and so you can do the same, so as to never forget about them. Talk to your cousin as much as you can while you have the time as well as his parents depending on how close you are with each other. Also if he happens to survive, he will remember that you were there for him, that is what counts.

I'd choose not to let out any tears when you see them. Though it shows that you worry about them, it also shows how severe his problem is. Save your tears for the aftermath whether if its for the best or the worst. It may be hard to hold it all in, but you'll have to your best for his sake. The last time I went to a funeral it was also someone who had cancer as well.

Until then care care~

Very well said~

Your thoughts and feelings were conveyed with utmost sincerity. They will surely reach him and his cousin.

Mmmm. My uncle died of lung cancer. Though I was sad, it was my father who impacted me since he was heart broken at the time. He wasn't able to say any last words to my uncle as he died during a failed operation. When we went to the funeral, no one had any words to say. Everyone was tearing, people were trying to hold my grandma up, it was a sad time. None of the family gathered again until a few weeks later since they were at a loss of words. My father also went into a depressed state and it took him a few years to get out of that state, though he was in stable condition to talk to us, just that he's get angry really easily. Anyway, the point is, to not leave anything for too late and to speak your mind whenever you have the chance to.

Small note to lighten the mood. Couldn't understand the foul words/phrases he said back then but now I do since I'm older. And since I picked up the word when I was little, when I went on holiday I used the word once or twice and my cousins gave me a death glare telling me to say the word again. I did. Then he gave me some super sharp flick and then asked who taught me that word. I proceeded to say "What?" then the word again before getting another flick, this time on my head before just saying I heard it from someone... Then he said he wanted to meet that person. I just laughed and then kept quiet.

Very deep... sorrowful... bittersweet... and heavy.

Thank you for sharing your story.

I won't casually dismiss this and say I fully understand your situation because I'm not you.

We all feel similar things, but your story... your father... your loss are things that you personally experienced yourself. Therefore, we won't fully understand, but we have a slight connection in having similar feelings.

Left a great impact for your father and from him, it transferred to you as well.

I wish my relatives cried a bit more whenever someone passed away. Haha...

No problem. In fact I'd rather people didn't pity me for this but instead use this knowledge if they were to face a similar situation at some point. Most people die naturally, namely of old age, but the situation will be the same.

I agree with your statement.

Better to learn than to ignore.

/me keeps getting disconnected... must be the weather

Best thing to do would be to contact your ISP. They may be able to help with the situation. As for the reason why you may have disconnected, I can only think of two things. Uploading limits your internet speed and causes you to disconnect. Or there is a huge difference between your upload and download speed which causes instability. I didn't know about this until my friend told me yesterday (Monday) So you could call your ISP to lower your speeds but it would make your internet stable preventing loss in connection. Hope this helps.

Hmm... perhaps that is true.

I suppose I'll look into it. Only happened today though.

Thank you~

Bloodhorn has stated that it's due to weather in America, so it's natural apparently. =]

Haha... there is bad weather occurring here.

My father said the same... So he knows best. Doesn't hurt to ask the ISP in case for other things.

/me shall answer my messages and relax a bit

I shall lurk, but won't post.

See you~
