I hate compass. I really have a hard time to clear daily quest Bd7. Even if it takes full one day, I may not clear it.
I make a sortie by the following fleets.

2-2
CVL, CLT, SS, SS, SS, SS
2-3
SS, SS, SS, SS

But, with 90% of probability, the fleet goes to C or D or G in 2-2 and F or H in 2-3. In 2-2, either of CV or CLT always receives moderate damage.

Is there any good plan?

Hooo that's f******* daily quest. The same as your, when i do Bd7 ( have CV/CVL ), it will go to G node. When i do Bd5, it will go to boss node and face... Wo-chan. F***.
Now i ignore that quest or do it with the other quest: Bd6, Bw3, Bw4.

I usually just skip out on completing that daily quest. By the time I manage to complete the quest I'd probably have spent more resources than I can get back. I can't seem to be able to complete あ号作戦 (Bw1) in time by the end of the week either.

I used to do that bw1 quest with 1-1. But it's boring and not worth it.. used to do bd5, bd6, bd7 together on 2-2 and it worked.

New Sub, New Unryuu class (Amagi-chan this time?) and New class of CL (apparently it is Katori class?). New equipment as well, sounds next Friday (event starts) will be quite nice ;)

Highest level ship? hmm... Souryuu:67. My fleets have many KanMusu of level around 50, and it's only Souryuu and Shigure to exceed 60.
My HQ level is 88. For an event, I wonder if I should control the rise of HQ level...

Well, I expanded the home port unwillingly :( 130 max now.

Let me remind everyone that it doesn't matter what your highest level ship is, its about on average whether you have a good team on branching rule (and trust me if you have good team for good branching rules it makes your life 10x easier), of course also having a nice set of ships means much more than just having one high level ship that you prize. Also having sufficient resource and buckets to burn is of course another good factor to take into account!

Pvp 10 times per day + expedition in 6 months, you will have at least 1 girl reach 99 for marriage, about 7~8 girls over 80. That's how my little brother play kancolle in last year, and now his HQ is 85. F***!!!!

Level 90 means you're not far from the full shit storm in terms of fleet you encounter, your highest level ships is 60 meaning most of your other ships are likely to be in the 45-50 ish region? Unless you've leveled some really essential ships, you'll have a hard time due to the Shit Storm rotation you'll encounter, I remember having a similar situation like you before back in Spring 2014 event, and I struggled to get past E2, having the need to burnt a lot of resource and buckets in order to do so. Saying that, it shouldn't stop you from attempting the event though.
