It's from me, I wrote it myself, thinking about my life at the time, and having faith and hope to believe since love refuses to to give up hope, even when all that can be seen is darkness. Yet, like a faint glimmering star shining all alone in a dark cold winter night, so is hope, refusing to be put out against all odds. Looking forward to something greater than human comprehension can understand in the natural.
