Looks like one of my friends passed his resit exam~

Resit exam? Whats that?

Resit means to retake an exam that a person has failed. Though my friend didn't fail but he arrived late for the exam due to being stuck on the train for more than 2 hours so he was officially listed as not present in the exam which also is the same as failing the module. So he had to redo the exam that he missed today I think.
