1 mixer
2 bowls
1 frying pan
1 large mixing spoon
1 measuring cup
List of ingredients
1.= 4 cups of flour or 946.35 milliliters
2.= 1 cup of sugar or 236.59 milliliters
3.= 8 eggs
4.= 2 cups of milk or 473.18 milliliters
5.= 2 to 4 table spoons of vegetable oil or 29.57 to 59.15 milliliters
1st separate the egg yoke from the egg white keep both the egg white and yoke
2nd put the egg whites and sugar into the bowl with the mixer , mix the egg whites and sugar till it gets stiff set aside for now
3rd put the yokes and the flour and milk into the other bowl , mix these 3 ingredients together
4th now mix both bowls into one fold the mix of egg whites and sugar into the bowl with the mix of the yokes and flour and milk
5th while folding them together put the pan on stove and on medium to high heat warm the oil in the pan
6th now use the mixing spoon and drop some of them mix into the pan and heat to golden brown then flip to other side then your done
ps. at the point of dropping the mix into the pan you can add any fruit or coco or anything you like to the pancake note this can and might brake the pancake up as the pancake will be light and fluffy without any of the added stuff here thus do this at your own risk ^^
