i never watch the C;H anime, but the VN is good. some people said that the anime sucks though

I think I rated it like a 5/10 on myanimelist.net, it wasn't that great of a anime in my opinion but everyone has their own taste. I only ever watched it because I heard it was a alternate setting to Steins;Gate. It might be more meaningful of a anime to someone who has played the VN or something maybe?

I'd say go ahead and watch it only if you have time to kill, that is what I did with the terrible Shingetsutan Tsukihime anime. I had to watch it as a huge nasuverse fan but it had very low priority to watch for me. *shrugs*

I don't see how they took the masterpiece of a VN and turned it into that rubbish. :( BUT! Tsukhime Remake VN coming out someday so can't wait for that~ xD

That is for sure. The VN was a brilliant piece of work and hands down probably my favorite VN of all time~

I think things got so bad because Nasu/other type-moon staff weren't really behind the making of the anime. I think it was something like "Hey can we make a anime of your VN?" from some low budget animation company; while Type-Moon gave them the OK. xD

Yeah~ You will never see a anime come close to a VN but still this anime was miles behind.

I mean Fate/Stay Night VN was amazing in every way and the anime though lacking compared the VN was still a wonderful piece of work. It kept my attention in its own way that didn't even once make me consider dropping it like Shingetsutan Tsukihime did. :/

The fate/stay night anime follow one of the route from the VN..... That what I heard anyway..... And the UBW movie follow the other route..... Only thing left was the heaven feels route from the VN....

You are correct~ Sabers route was the TV series which in my opinion has the best ending.

I would love to see a Heavens Feel... well anything, be it a OVA movie or a anime series. I liked Heavens Feel ending the least but enjoyed its story the most. Heavens Feel route is just so different from Saber and UBW that maybe they just don't know how to approach it? We wont see anything Heavens Feel related for a good while though as Type-Moon/Nasu have alot on their hands with Kara no Kyoukai, 2 more Mahou Tsukai no Yoru VNs and Tsukihime Remake. :(

hmm... heaven's feel is very great. it's a shame it didn't become anime yet. and Mahou Tsukai no yoru, i want to play that, since it's not an eroge, i can play that in public place.. just too lazy to download it
