Hmm but how do they come across the amulet? If its just a gift or accidental chancing upon then it doesnt really matter what the girl thinks of it though i suppose she would wear it more often if the shape appealed to her :/

it doesn't have to be an amulet. I'll try expanding the outline and polishing it soon after i'm finished with asl things.

Beta testers with a certain focus is what we'd use. Since first time impressions is valueable, we need to do the best we can for now before calling them in. There's also the matter of building the script. We haven't started on that yet, so how could we even have a trial version just yet?

@Whoever's running this should set up some clear goals and some soft deadlines of what you'd like to see while everyone else just departmentalize on the individual aspects (script, cg and such). Things like a trial version would not only give valuable feedback but be a definite goal to work towards for both the staff and fans. I've seen so many vn projects get bogged down, abandoned or never realized simply because it took too long. People lose interest, get busy, whatever.

We've talked about what we wanted to do before way back in this thread, and plenty in some closed groups. Just because you don't see the progress doesn't mean there isn't any at all~ (neko made lots of UI, thecoins made some characters, etc.)
Everyone has agreed not to rush, but we also keep a check on each other for progress. (and it was in the middle of a semester when it started~) It's better to wait for when we have some solid things to announce than make empty pages to put things on.

I'd rather interest people with a teaser than bore them with an idea

Which characters do you still want a background/bio on? Im sort of leaving the looks and whatnot to you cuz im not sure how youre imagining them...

Google doc allows multiple people to see/change a document so its useful as long as theres no stupid trolls that deletes it... but then again you could set the people who youre allowing to see or not~

Everyone on the forum already has power to do stuff like that. But docs might be really helpful, so we'll see how it works out~
I think I'll have a few guidelines up about it. (we don't want to just edit things without saying or having the original x-x)

the forum/irc can be best for random ideas, while docs is for official things? (so we still should use the forum anyway XD)

Ehh actually i feel the doc is better than the forum if we want to work on the parts together... as long as there is internet then everyone can work on it... though theres emails and whatnot which i suppose people might not want others to know... though theres a way around that too...

Guidelines... dont erase parts that arent yours although you can highlight and put what you think could improve it under the parts~

Forums can still work for ideas... mostly the outline that i feel could use a doc~

Hmm its not really that messy... you wanted some rules to keep order... those would probably help? We dont plan of making it public or having tons of people work on it anyhow so it shouldnt be all that hectic...
