I see... Well, dunno how your apartment/kitchen looks out, but is there the possibility that you some stuff self create can...? - Well, if you e.g. 5kg meal and yeast buy would, then can you maybe yourself bread/pizza make: Because it's so cheaper were - believe in me...

Hmm... But if you really bakery learned have, then should you know: That you only the 1kg meal in an bowl give; a bit salt (additional still sugar also - just a bit as well...); where then at the center an little crater make; where this with an warm water the crater fill - and the yeast in pieces in the water give... - You've just then that in the oven at 30-40°C for the time being, and let the yeast work - This process shouldn't more than 10 min last... After if the yeast managed has to work; edit you with your hands few times... If you this get have, then give you it on a sheet what this only for his action in the oven for ~ about 200°C waits... To be honest: That shouldn't not more 2-3 hours last... - Notice: You don't need in baking time before the oven wait/stay - you can still on the PC playing or whatever, not true...?
