All I remember is watching some commercials, and then seeing a bit on a plane ride (opted to listen to my music instead) and from what I could tell the biggest change was making Peter an asshole and a bully. And not even a cool one. :/
My immediate impression was this was apparently a 'super hero' story of a guy getting powers and saying "I have powers so I can bully you now".
