3rd yamato class you said?! well, that'll certainly get me playing again. i do like my bbs and cvs. didn't the devs make the event harder since spring for high level teitoku as well? i ignored my radar equips until now, and struggled to meet the retarded los requirements (390+ on e1/e2 alone...). i've also been ignoring my cl/cas other than the pair of yuri sisters. i'm not looking forward to future events tbh. farming 120k+ resources to clear e6 is only possible for the very dedicated. it seems the only positive change they've made is in removing regenerating boss hp.

Yea, after Unryuu's announcement people thought that Shinano might be in the Christmas events instead. I never had LoS requirement problem due to I've plenty of Type Zero planes and a few good radars thanks to leveling up the right ships xD CL/CA/DD is definitely need leveling now that combine fleet is going to be a thing (Team 2 can only consist of 1 CL, 2CA and 3 DD, you can swap one CA into CLT I think, so just like real life escort fleet I think.) I'm not sure whether it is harder in terms of events since Spring is my first ever event and this is only my second ever event, so its hard for me to judge, but hearing from more experienced Admirals it seems like this is the hardest event of all time due to the locking mechanics, troll E1 and E2 and E6 is just hellish nightmare of 2 Hime at boss node with 400 hp each, your Kanmusu have a chance to sink the wrong Hime ~_~ But yea, everyone is so happy that bosses don't have hp regen anymore, I can't even imagine if the boss have hp regen, I might have gone insane after E1 and E2 if that's the case xD
