I've never been with someone who hit but it could be a number of reasons scared, money, love, low self-esteem, etc... But I read about it in the news too often, and it makes sad when they don't leave. However, even scarier thought is if the guy is this violent then if they do leave, sometimes something worse can happen to them.

In the end, I hope she gets out of the marriage before anything else happens to her.

You definitely need play 1 before you play 2. There's a lot of stories/characters from 1 which are mentioned in 2, and if you didn't play 1 then it wouldn't make sense in 2.

Guess you have to order 1 ....
