I'm not sure about using External Viewers, but what I've been doing is taking the API link (I think that's the technical term) and viewing it in Flash projector (again I think that's the correct term). That takes away the need to use a VPN since I don't have a stable one. (Check this out) Might I ask what service you're using?

I use SoftEther VPN, that was used to be in the suggestion from that website so I used that from when I first registered.

Hmm, I use that too but my connection is never stable. I still have to use that to renew the link every time there's an update though.

There was a massive wave of ban previously for people who used External viewers, but I don't think KanViewer was affected? Though I can't be sure since it's a couple of months ago, but I stick to using VPN + IE/Chrome.

I read about that, the viewers they banned added to the game somehow, kanviewer doesn't do that. KanViewer doesn't request or send anything that ie doesn't so there's no way for them to know.

There are plenty of good options out there, just not free xD You can get private VPN to JP which only you'll be able to access (or people who you give the ability to access from my understanding), but its just come with a monthly fee so...
