admiral lvl: 42.

haruna kai @ 35. mutsu @ 28. akagi @ 27. isuzu kai @ 33. sendai kai @ 30. have a couple destroyers, light carriers and heavy cruisers at +20. other than that there is still kongou, hiei and zuikaku, but they are low level.

3-1 is the highest map i have beaten so far. i waste too much time on trying to farm nice ships. =/

There's a few, but there isn't one that generally farm each evenly. Fuel and Bronze farming are generally different. But also, before I forget, I don't just mean your ships have to be high level, your ships should have good equipment as well, like BB should have 46 Triple Canon x2 (or 41), Sanshiki/AP and Zero equipment at the ready. For CV is 2 Reppu/Shinden, Ryuusei, Saiun (only 1 CV in your team need that) and Suisen 12A. But you want what's best in slot or 2nd best in slot you can grab from development.

Yeah, I've been developing trying to get good equipment as well. But aside from the normal turrets, cannons, airplanes and torpedoes, I don't know much about other equipment like radars. Basically I just choose whichever gives the highest stats. Hope I'm doing things right :P

That's probably faster than i have ever progressed. At the moment I stop levelling ships at lvl 50 so I can get enough ships to that level before moving on to higher levels.

Generally I think you use whichever one that give you the highest stats with the highest "detection" stats, which is the most valuable one. Sanshiki is very important against Installation type Boss. AP rounds is good against other bosses. Also I would like the mention that all the ships you expect to use should be all FULLY MODERNISED apart from the Anti-Air stats (because it is the hardest stats to modernise)
