Besides being a older handheld system, I believe the reason Playstation is no longer supporting PSP the ability to extract and create an iso. At this time, nobody has hacked into the Vita system to be able to extract games. Once they've figured it out, then I will be all over it!

Supposedly there was a change yesterday that video games can be bought and shipped international from Amazon JP and here.
