dragon rider guy ? dragon slayer? no I don't think I've fought any of them yet~

These heide knights after fighting and killing them 4-5 times I had them all fall into the sea until they got extinct ;p

yeah that heide knight before the dragon is a pain gotta kill him to extinction, wouldn't wanna fight the dragon right after killing that spearman... It'd be bad because I'll be weakened from the fight with the spearman

My fire resistance is 37 I think... haven't increased intelligence at all =/

Ehh... you see where the platforms are raising after you hit those two switches? Thats the dragon rider boss... if you continue past then youll reach a cave port of sorts and after the boss there, youll get a pyromancy flame... The cave might be a difficult area though...
If you have a fragrant branch and know where the guy with the "legendary" blue sword is then you can unlock the path there as well~ The lady that the branch frees will sell a fire defense pyromancy flash sweat which adds 300 fire defense while the effect lasts. Pyromancy doesnt require points in int or faith... though youll needs a ring or 10 attunement to get a slot to attune spells in... Theres also magic barrier and the great version for faith builds but gmb only gives 120 magic defense (all four types) which means its worse for simply fighting fire... You could also just try and get the best fire defense armor and shield you can... strength builds should be able to use decent heavy shields...
I could tell you the simplest melee strategy for dealing with it if you want =w= Itll probably be easier than getting all that stuff ;p
Hmm... where you are... you could probably get two or three estus shards to increase your estus amount... If you have a fragrant branch or two to spare, you could also get another shard and a sublime bone dust to increase how much it heals... Should just give all shards you find to the emerald herald and burn all the bone dust at the majula bonfire if you get your hands on any..
Heide knight drops are actually somewhat rare but... guess theyll be easier to farm in ng+ or later on =w=

Well if you look at it this way, if the water gets into the electrical room and causes our power to be cut off, we're going to have bigger issues. Mainly speaking, our security system will be down, which means the prison locks will be temporarily disabled allowing the prisoners to escape. Our HQ shield and invisibility cloak will also be down, which means Frank can locate and attack us.
