Actually I'm not. I'm pretty skinny which is surprising since I snack all day long...

I saw some brothers doing a living on 21 dollars a week challenge and the stuff they made using only what they had on them was incredible. The stuff they made was pretty simple but made it look like it came from a gourmet takeout which would usually cost 7-9 dollars if bought outside.

Don't really see the health risks since their not starving themselves. Their just working with a budget and have healthy extravagant looking meals at a fraction of the cost.

Correction: One of the brothers is doing a 21 dollar a week challenge, the younger one is doing 50 dollars a week vegan challenge.

Probably starting next week. Usually challenges and changes are easier on weekends because more time to prep and shopping for ingredients is actually time consuming especially when your managing on 21 dollars.
As for the vegan thing, I actually liked the younger brother's way of going about it. He didn't go for the overpriced fake meats. He made vegan stuff that even meat eaters would enjoy. In that way I respect vegan food. I just hate those lunatics that go after cooks and chefs and send them death threats just because they eat/cook meat.
