huh. all my family is from the states, but they all are in new mexico. what's interesting is, as a child my skin color was white, but i turned brown at towards the end of middle school
Half my family lives in Puerto Rico, other half lives in Chicago.
Puerto Rico is a U.S. Colony though so everyone born in Puerto Rico is a U.S. citizen and can move to the U.S. anytime they want and vise versa.
oh yeah. i know puerto rico is part of the U.S., but i always forget
my family has been in the united states for a very long time, but they originate from spain. and i looked it up, there's a decent amount of Candelaria's in the Philippines
My mom's family name is Chardon and they originate from France. A lot of French moved to Puerto Rico during the French Revolution.
My dad's family, Garriga, originates from Spain.
And yeah you will find a lot of Spanish names in the Philippines since it was a Spanish colony for so long
whats that infa talking about again
me and ellie are talking about our family's heritage
Well, the heritage of a person is like impossible to find out - Like me: I've a lot of nation-traits; Hungary, Austria, Germany, Poland and so further (even probably Turkey - Due because of the history)...
i don't know my mom's family name. it's kinda complicated. 2 of her family names are armijo and montaño. i'm not related to the armijo's, and the montaño name comes from a man my grandma's 1st husband who didn't really stay around. i just need to know my grandma's maiden name
Hmm... Though, your family did once after your activity or attitude or location at that time the family name get, before was your family name sure differently - e.g. was Cortez or Aguila or whatover... Where then you can see, that this not so easy is...well mine is slightly easier to an extent, because my family name is fairly uncommon in north america. no matter where you go, so it's easy to see more specifically where it originates from. at least it's not martinez, or lopez
I see. I want to use the ancestory.com whenever I find the time. Would make a fun project.

Hmm... Incest is really a troublesome case...
read closely. not actually incest. close, but not quite
But this has sure his/her limit the application: Till so ~ 400-500 year backwards you could your family-line follow with, but after will be blurred and blurred till impossibility...
